Governance and shareholding structure

Portogruaro Interporto S.p.A. has a share capital of 3,100,000 euros, divided between public and private shareholders. The public shareholders – the Municipality of Portogruaro, the Veneto Region, and the Province of Venice – hold a stake that, by statute, cannot be less than 20% of the share capital, ensuring institutional oversight of the infrastructure's strategic development. Private shareholders are represented by local industrial operators, transport companies, and banking institutions. The company is managed by a Board of Directors, appointed in accordance with the Articles of Association and current regulations: the Chairman is designated by the Municipality of Portogruaro, while the CEO is appointed by the Board of Directors.
